Experiance includes fault finding & preventive maintenance of mechanical & C.N.C machines, overhauls & repairs to include gearboxes & cluthes, installation &repairs to lead screws, ballscrews & bearings etc. Mechanical scraping to machine beds & bearings. Hydraulic & pneumatic systems working with Rexroth, Vickers, & Parker products etc. Machine tool alighnment & geometry. Lifting equipment installation & repair to pneumatic & electrical hoist. Installation &repairs to conveyors. Welding, brazing,oxy/acetylene burning etc. Machine & plant installation working with manuals, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & electrical. I have a good general skill in electrical engineering & have a good understanding of resolvers & encoders. I am computer literate. |
