•To meet and exceed set monthly product revenue and margin targets •Pro-actively engage with target resellers and build relationship with key personnel and decision makers •Ability to profile accounts and create total available market reports aligned against the specified focused vendor •Ability to focus on specific market sectors / accounts and increase sales revenue within these areas. •High level of specialist product knowledge (Training available) •Respond efficiently & accurately to product enquiries from internal sales desks and resellers •Spend more than 5 hours a week on the sales floor developing product knowledge and competence amongst Internal Sales Executives & Sales Management •Have working relationship & alignment with the products internal account managers & Territory Marketing Managers (ICAMs & TMMs) •Participate in the implementation of plans such as sales and marketing initiatives •Take and maintain vendor sales accreditations for the products •Liaise with Pre-Sales Consultants when required •Understand the products Certifications & Accreditations & be able to talk to the benefits •Be competent in products SMB Promotions and understand the key requirements for a reseller to qualifyTraining will be available where required: *Presentation skills (not mandatory) *Strong promoter *Influencer (Key) *Numeracy *Communication skills (Key) *Literacy
