New applications can be monitored when they arrive and leads can be followed up with our job viewings indicator. This informs you of the job hunters who have been looking at your vacancies and gives you the opportunity to contact them.
Manager and consultant roles!
We provide you with a 2-tier login system that is used for defining manager and consultant roles. Managers are given full access to their whole organisations account, providing a complete overview of their entire agency’s activity and internal client references.
Consultant roles can then be assigned by managers allowing consultants to manage their own personal caseloads, with each consultant caseload being private and not able to be seen by other consultants.
Communicate instantly with candidates!
Using our in-built messaging system, we give you the opportunity to discuss job details, arrange interviews, or simply request any additional info by communicating directly with candidates.
Applicant tracking system!
Our innovative applicant tracking system keeps both agencies and job hunter's informed during every stage of the recruitment process from pending through to in-review, being shortlisted, invited for interview, and finally being accepted for the position.
Job hunters are also matched also matched to your vacancies based on their desired occupations, salary expectation, location, and previous employment history.
Keep your client details confidential!
With our unique system you can assign individual internal references to each of your clients without disclosing any sensitive information.
To post jobs and use our service you do not need to disclose any of your client details, but we do allow you to create your own internal references to help you organise your client data. All created references are unique to each consultant's account.
