“Advisor Dashboard”- Gives an overview at a glance of all activity being carried out such as the number of customers you have registered, total number engaged in activity, number of customers that have received some sort of feedback and the number who are awaiting a response. Also gives a view of the individual advisors own activity.
“Customer job search breakdown” – Provides a breakdown in the form of a pie-chart of the different areas of occupation that your customers are looking for work in.
“Advisors” – Gives a list of all other advisors and the customers that they are dealing with, along with access to details of the customers job searching activity as well as allowing you to add other advisors onto the system.
“Customers” – Gives details of all customers you have registered on the system and updates of recent activity that has taken place regarding particular customers such as those with successful outcomes, those who have been invited for interview, those who have applications pending, in review or have been shortlisted etc. Also indicates when a customer was last active.
“Messaging system” – Enables you to communicate directly with your customers once they are registered on the system to offer help, arrange times, offer advice or guidance that they may need prior to an interview for example. All correspondence is then logged and can be tracked for record keeping.
“Recommended Jobs” – Upon registering your customer will have a number of jobs instantly recommended to them in order of relevance, also giving you details of those that have been viewed and those that have been applied for.
